Export Ford Raptor World Wide Delivery Call 1-888-705-6787

It was out in a scabrous field in southeast Michigan immediately following a Detroit Lions game in the early ’80s (a loss, naturally) when I became intimately acquainted with the roll bar of a Jeep CJ-7 Golden Eagle that my father was driving entirely too fast. And also quite drunkenly. We were out for a little white-boy, Sunday-afternoon hell-raising. But, as it turns out, 90 pounds of unbelted preteen boy launches easily from the back seat into the roll bar’s diagonal support—a ribs-to-steel contact not soon forgotten.

Now, there were any number of errors in the thinking that led up to that moment. They began with the Detroit Lions and continued on to the late-’70s fascination with hood stickers and alcohol, unbelted children, and, well, essentially every other aspect of this tale. But the real problem, of course, was that we weren’t in a Ford F-150 SVT Raptor SuperCrew.

Inside the SVT cab’s cavernous rear quarters, a boy could bounce around a fair amount without being ejected, maimed, or even lightly damaged. The boy would be even better off if he used one of the three three-point seatbelts back there. But, of course, that doesn’t really matter because the Raptor’s absurdly generous wheel travel and high-performance Fox shocks (or, if you insist, “Shox”) will soak up your average Michigan hillock without even notifying the passengers. And the new-for-2011 SuperCrew’s monstrous 145.2-inch wheelbase (11.9 inches lengthier than the already long Raptor SuperCab’s) would have further quelled the jiggles.

At 6284 pounds, the Raptor SuperCrew is 184 pounds heavier than the SuperCab version. Despite this, the SuperCrew is a tenth quicker to 60 mph (6.6 seconds) and through the quarter-mile (15.2) than the last Raptor SuperCab we tested. All ’11 Raptors are powered by the same 411-hp, 6.2-liter V-8. The big all-terrain BFGoodrich tires deliver the same 0.70 g on the skidpad in both versions, too. However, 70-to-0 braking went from terrible in the SuperCab (202 feet) to dismal in the SuperCrew (218 feet).

As your sole form of transport, this thing is going to be pricey. Real pricey. On my 47-minute-and-32-second, 48.8-mile, all-expressway morning commute, the SVT consumed 3.7 gallons of fuel and averaged just above 13 mpg. So for the day, I was in for 7.4 gallons of gasoline. On the upside, the SuperCrew comes with a big, 36-gallon tank.

Our test vehicle came loaded with a $2495 navigation system (with a comely, high-resolution screen) and a $2190 Luxury package that includes power, heated front seats and power-adjustable pedals, among other niceties. Hell, the Raptor even has a crystal-clear screen with layer upon layer of menus between the main gauges. Dig deep enough, and you can decide if you would like the truck to activate something called a “courtesy wipe.” By comparison, the Golden Eagle came equipped only with paint the color of root beer. All of this is to say that if my dad and I had been in a Raptor SuperCrew on that day, we’d have been going a lot faster when we broke something or someone.

Export Audi A8 Long Executive Seating World Wide Call 1-888-705-6787

If you are looking for a stylish car, then you cannot go wrong with the Audi A8 series. The brand has established a name for itself when it comes to the manufacture of luxury sedans which offers an intelligent mix of performance and comfort. Indeed, this is the trademark for the BMW brand which is also the reason why it has continued to be as successful as it is today. But still, the performance will become a significant reference for those who will be looking into the release of the new 2012 Audi A8. Read further below to learn more details about its features to help your buying decision.

Audi A8 2012 is considered by critics as the purest example of combining luxury and efficiency. It is therefore something that consumers would appreciate and find this vehicle a worthy option once it hits the market. The body specifications of the A8 2012 will be largely similar to that of the 2011 model, except for a few new features integrated for added efficiency. The body itself measures 17.29 inches in length, while integrated with LED headlights that is ideal for all functions (whether safety or acting as striking expression of the vehicle’s style). The introduction of advanced safety amenities is one of the most notable improvements in the 2012 A8 that includes an in-trunk emergency release and tire pressure monitoring capability (although this particular feature is optional).

There is also a wider range of optional features integrated into the 2012 Audi A8 model such as front and rear heated seats, parking sensors, navigation system, among others. Since there was negative feedback given by consumers about the 17-inch wheels used on the 2011 model, the manufacturers decided to make necessary changes for the 2012 model by choosing to go for 18-inch wheels instead.
2012 Audi A8

2012 audi a81 2012 Audi A8

In terms of performance, the 2012 Audi A8 will feature the turbocharged 4.0 liter V8 engine that is capable of offering up to 310 horsepower rate. Aside from offering maximum horsepower, consumers will also be pleased with the performance and excellent driving ability that is offered by this type of engine. A hybrid model has already been confirmed by the manufacturer and it will come equipped with the Audi Valve lift System that is combined with the 4-cylinder unit for a truly unique model that delivers more efficiency and driving performance like no other.

The 2012 A8 has impressive acceleration capacity wherein it can go from being in a standstill to as much as 100 km/h within only 7.3 seconds. The top speed capacity for this vehicle is rated to be somewhere around 210 km/h. Meanwhile, this is a fuel efficient vehicle as it is expected to consume only roughly 13.5 liters of fuel in an average distance of 100 km. In comparison to its tough competitors, it is definitely the most fuel-efficient model around.

There are also added features designed for security reasons on the Audi 2012 A8 model. Some of them include the emergency exit system, wherein the driver can grab on a tamperproof switch that releases the inside door handles. This will allow the door to detach itself from the body with a slight push and provide easy exit. More features are expected to be unveiled as it nears the release date so make sure to keep a close eye on this model.

Export Audi Q-5 World Wide Delivery Call 1-888-705-6787

Ask the average German engineer what he really thinks of hybrid technology—even if it takes plying him with a half-dozen rounds of Pils to get to the truth—and you’ll generally find an unhappy human being. But with reluctance, he’d likely concede its inevitability; hybrids are helping to pave the way to the future of personal transport, whether we like it or not. Bearing that in mind, why not make them at least a little bit enjoyable to drive?

That’s the angle Audi is taking with its 2012 Q5 hybrid. The company says it’s the sportiest hybrid SUV going, and we’re having a hard time finding fault in that claim. It’s also Audi’s first production vehicle to incorporate both gas and electric drive, the former a 2.0-liter TFSI four-cylinder, the latter a 44-hp electric motor sandwiched between the engine and eight-speed automatic transmission. Combined output is 241 hp and 354 lb-ft of torque, directed to all four wheels. A 72-cell, 1.3-kWh lithium-ion battery pack is positioned under the load floor, and it takes a minimal toll on the rear cargo area.

True sportiness isn’t in the numbers, though; it’s in the driving. That’s where the Q5 hybrid really impresses. Anyone can appreciate 354 lb-ft of twist—which is over 100 lb-ft more than its sister model’s 3.2-liter FSI V-6 can muster. The 0-to-60-mph run should take about 6.8 seconds, just 0.3 second behind the 3.2’s 6.5-second time. Steering is weighty and precise, with more feedback than we’d dared hope for, and the brakes are among the best we’ve sampled in any hybrid, although they still lack the progressive modulation found in a good nonhybrid system.

Huge Fuel-Economy Gains

When you’re done tossing it around back roads, the Q5 readily gets down to the business of maximizing mpg. On the inflationary European cycle, Audi claims combined fuel economy of 34 mpg. We expect EPA testing to return estimates of about 26 mpg in the city and 27 on the highway compared with the 3.2 FSI’s 18 mpg city and nonhybrid 2.0’s 20. Using solely electric power, the Q5 hybrid has a maximum speed of 62 mph, although the maximum electric range of nearly two miles requires that speeds stay below 40 mph. The unique instrument cluster makes it easy to keep the internal-combustion engine silent, although doing so demands delicate throttle inputs so as not to awaken the engine.

Audi offers three driving modes. “D” is the default setting and works to maximize fuel economy. “S” maximizes battery boost for sporty driving, and “EV” aims to maintain full-electric driving. Unlike some competitors—say, from Lexus—the Q5 hybrid’s EV mode will remain the vehicle’s priority when selected. If, for example, you need to floor it to overtake slow-moving traffic or maybe gun through that yellow light, the car returns to EV mode once you’ve calmed down.

Mission Controls

If maximizing fuel economy and minimizing your carbon footprint are your goals—if you’re shopping for a hybrid, they almost certainly are—the Q5 hybrid’s driver interfaces make them easier to attain. Audi’s usual Multi Media Interface (MMI) appears here with special functions to monitor the flow of energy among the engine, motor, and battery, as well as to display rates of energy consumption and recuperation as easy-to-read bar graphs. The tachometer has been replaced by a power meter that displays real-time levels of electric boost, gas power, and battery charge. The needle is quite precise and lets you know exactly how close you are to coming off full-electric drive, making it easy to maintain silent operation.

No specific on-sale dates or pricing information have been released, but Audi has indicated the Q5 hybrid will begin arriving at dealerships sometime in 2011. (We figure that will happen later in the year.) Considering that Audi touts the hybrid as the range topper in the Q5 lineup, expect it to carry a price premium of about 15 percent over the 3.2 FSI, which would place it in the low-$50,000 range. Oh, those Germans. Ask them for something they don’t want to give you, and they’re going to make you pay for it.

Export 2012 Mercedes ML550 Ready for Export Call 1-888-705-6787

While we already featured images of the new-for-2012 Mercedes-Benz M-Class, the press release describing the improvements for the Tuscaloosa, Alabama-built SUV has just been released. The restyling looks to be fairly thorough, with the ML borrowing cues from several different Mercedes models. We can see SLS AMG in the grille, with CLS in the headlights, and E-class in the taillights.

Like the exterior, the cabin of the M-Class is getting a welcomed update. We especially like the new four-spoke steering wheel, with its wood, leather, and aluminum presenting a classy piece of styling. The center stack looks to have been revised as well, with a cleaner interface overall. Other changes include the leather seats, which look to boast contrasting piping and stitching.

The big news comes on the engine front, with only two engines being mentioned here. The ML350 Bluetec soldiers on, although with a more powerful turbodiesel V-6 that now generates 240 horsepower and 455 pound-feet of torque (as opposed to the old engine that only netted 210 horsepower and 400 pound-feet of torque). Besides the oil-burner, a gas-powered V-6, with direct injection powers the ML350 4Matic. With 302 horsepower and 273 pound-feet of torque on tap, it represents a nice jump from the old car’s 268 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. Interestingly, there is no mention of the V-8-powered ML550, the hybrid ML450, or the fire-breathing ML63 AMG.

There’s a good bit of information in this press release, but two of the most important pieces have been left out, namely, pricing and availability. Once we get that information, we’ll be sure to pass it on. In the mean time, check out the attached gallery to get a look at the 2012 Mercedes-Benz M-Class.

Please scroll down for the official press release from Mercedes-Benz.

New-Generation Mercedes-Benz M-Class Hits the Trail

The all-new M-Class SUV makes its on-road debut in the U.S. this week. The 2012 M-Class represents the third generation of a highly successful Mercedes-Benz sport utility vehicle that began the industry trend toward SUVs with a more car-like ride.

While the dramatically styled 2012 M-Class sits about 3/4-inch lower than the previous model, the new SUV is nearly an inch longer and a half-inch wider. This eye-catching interpretation of a modern SUV makes a strong presence that projects trend-setting design and quality.

Mercedes-Benz begins the 2012 model year with two M-Class models - the thrifty ML350 BlueTEC diesel now has considerably more power (240 horsepower, 455 lb.-ft. of torque), while the popular ML350 4MATIC is equipped with a brand new direct-injection V6 engine (302 hp, 273 lb.-ft.).

A Bold Face

The nose of the 2012 M-Class is dominated by a bold front grille that holds the familiar three-pointed star logo in the center, while a chrome skid plate curves from the front bumper up toward the grille. Bracketing the front grille, newly designed headlights are flush-mounted in the fenders. New LED daytime running lights are recessed in the front bumper.

Sweeping Side Proportions

Its bold proportions are defined by a relatively long wheelbase and short overhangs. The lines along the sides appear stretched, including a high belt line accented with stainless-steel trim, and its roof line slopes down toward the rear, emphasizing the sportiness of the new M-Class. Striking chrome luggage rails run the length of the roof. Reminiscent of previous M-Class models, an angled C-pillar distinguishes the SUV from its competitors.

A Contemporary Cockpit

The dynamic interior design of the new M-Class underscores the spacious width of its new cabin and fosters a sense of well-being with elegant high-quality materials and attention to detail. Interior trim includes wood and aluminum elements with controls in a silver shadow finish. Soothing ambient lighting, which can be switched between 3 different colors, is available as part of the optional Premium 2 package.

A sporty, four-spoke steering wheel frames a hooded twin-gauge instrument cluster. The left gauge houses the analog speedometer and fuel gauge, while a tachometer and coolant temperature gauge are on the right bridged by a 4.5-inch screen that can display a wide range of useful information, including a trip computer and GPS navigation directions.

The steering wheel holds paddles for shifting the transmission manually and multifunction buttons for scrolling through menus on the driver’s display. The buttons can also adjust the audio volume, make and take phone calls, or activate the voice control system. Newly-designed stalks on the steering column for turn signals, highbeams, wipers, cruise control and transmission mode make the new SUV easier than ever to drive.

COMAND and Control

Perched at the top center of the dashboard in order to minimize driver distraction, a seven-inch COMAND display is bordered by large swiveling air vents. The new head unit comes with a ten-gigabyte music storage hard drive, SD card slot, and an MP3 compatible CD /DVD player as well as a Bluetooth interface for wireless audio streaming and hands-free phone operation, HD/AM/weatherband radio, an FM phase-diversity twin tuner and a USB port hidden in the storage compartment of the center console.

An optional hard-drive-based GPS navigation system offers many new features, including a 3D display, a compass overlay, dynamic route guidance, the ability to show alternate routes plus the functionality to record routes while driving. Also optional, a Sirius-XM feature can provide real-time traffic and weather information on the navigation map.

New Transmission

The 2012 M-Class line also features a new transmission with a more advanced torque converter lock-up clutch that provides even better fuel mileage, more responsive driving, quieter operation and increased durability. The new transmission is also designed to work best with a new type of low-drag ATF fluid, colored blue instead of the usual red.

302-Horsepower V6 Engine for the ML350 4MATIC

With 302 horsepower and 273 lb.-ft. of torque, the 3.5-liter V6 engine has 13 percent more power than last year. Assembled in an entirely new block with 60-degree cylinder angles, the latest V6 doesn’t need a balance shaft for smooth operation. Like its predecessor, the new engine has aluminum cylinder heads, pistons and cylinder block (with cast-in Silitec cylinders), as well as a crankshaft, connecting roads and valves made of special forged steel.

Direct Fuel Injection

The new V6 engine makes use of industry-leading electronics technology first used on Mercedes-Benz diesels - electronic fuel injectors that spray gasoline directly into the combustion chambers rather than indirect port fuel injection most gasoline engines used in the past. Featuring a piezo-ceramic crystalline element that changes shape instantly when electrical current is applied, blazingly fast piezo injectors make it possible to design very sensitive and precise injection systems, including the ability to program several small injections with each piston stroke.

Export 2012 Mercedes ML350 World Wide Delivery Call 1-888-705-6787

The third generation M-Class, which will go on sale in September in North America, will launch with two models: the gas-powered ML350 and diesel-sipping ML350 BlueTEC, priced at $49,865 and $51,365, respectively (including destination) for four-wheel-drive models (4Matic in Mercedes-Benz-speak). Though it might look like an evolution of the last two generations, Mercedes promises us that it’s all new underneath.

Developed in Germany and the United States, the M-Class was tested off road extensively in Namibia because, in the words of Mercedes-Benz Vice President of Project Management Dr. Uwe Ernstberger, the automaker’s customers “expect to have everything.”

Its off-road credentials are nothing to laugh at since it shares much of its architecture with the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The two SUVs’ basic platform was co-developed during the DaimlerChrysler period, although they share no visible panels and few, if any, powertrain parts.

Regardless, most M-Classes sold will undoubtedly remain on the pavement.

Two for now
Though a biturbo 4.6-liter V8 and an AMG-massaged ML63 AMG will see respective introductions in 2013 and 2014, early M-class adopters will have a choice of two V6 models.

With a 3.5-liter V6, the ML350 now puts out 302 horsepower and 273 lb-ft. of torque (from 268 horsepower and 258 lb-ft.), although Mercedes-Benz estimates that fuel economy will be up substantially to 17 mpg in the city and 22 mpg on the highway (compared to 15/20).

The diesel powered BlueTec ML350 is also more efficient and powerful, with a 3.0-liter unit cranking out 240 horsepower (up 30 ponies) and 455 lb-ft. of torque (an increase of 55 lb-ft.). The automaker says that fuel economy should check in at 20/25, up from 18/25. Like the current model, the BlueTEC will be certified for sale in all 50 states.

A new seven-speed automatic transmission with a more efficient torque converter also helps make the best of both V6s.

The three-pointed star brand’s 4Matic all-wheel-drive will be standard for 2012, although a rear-wheel-drive variant will also follow at a later date for sunbelt states.

An air suspension system is optionally available, which aids both on and off-road use. Packaged with the air suspension, a new Active Curve System helps negate body roll by tightening up the anti-roll bars in heavy cornering.

Design upgrades
The look might seem derivative at first, harking back in many ways to the original M-Class first offered in 1997.

A front fascia inspired by Mercedes-Benz’s latest design language, with a jutting-out grille and swept-back headlamps, is the biggest visual indicator of the car’s newness. From the side, the M is more angular and blacked-out D-pillars contribute to a more modern appearance. From the rear, the tail lamps are almost car-like, which gives the M-Class the appearance that it is smaller than it is.

Inside, Mercedes-Benz designers have given the new crossover a more upscale interior than ever before. The center stack sits up high with the automaker’s latest switchgear. The gear lever remains on the steering column, which frees up more central console space for a wide and flexible storage bin.

Rear seat riders are treated to more room and plusher accommodations as well.

Eucalyptus wood trim is standard, but Mercedes-Benz will also offer interior upgrades like leather-like covering for the dashboard and various trims including dark poplar wood, aluminum and matte-finish ash wood.

Safety continues to remain a focus with a more robust architecture designed to reduce impact intrusion into the cabin. All models also include nine airbags and Mercedes-Benz’s full complement of driver aids like Pre-Safe, which prepares the vehicle for an impending collision, Attention Assist, which helps keep drivers more alert and other various laser-based systems.

Nitty-gritty
Well-equipped even in base configurations, both the gas and diesel models will be available with plenty of options. A Premium 1 Package, priced at $3,600, adds a rearview camera, power-folding exterior mirrors and Mercedes’ COMAND navigation system. The Premium 2 upgrade, which will lighten one’s wallet to the tune of $5,450, adds heated and cooled cupholders, a harman/kardon audio system and a few other items.

Enthusiasts should note the $5,450 Dynamic Handling Package, which adds the air suspension and Active Curve System, as well as 20-inch alloy wheels.

The Off Road Package, meanwhile, includes a two-speed transfer case and the air suspension for certain markets not including the U.S. Mercedes tells us that the take rate for a similar package briefly offered on the M-Class’ big brother, the GL-Class, was practically in the single digits.

Export Jaguar XJL World Wide Delivery Call 1-888-705-6787

Jaguar redesigned its flagship sedan, the XJ, for the 2010 model year, giving it an exterior and interior design in the style of the XF sedan, along with the new engines. The XJ competes in the full-size luxury class along with the Audi A8, BMW 7 Series, Lexus LS 460 and Mercedes-Benz S-Class.

The 2010 XJ comes in four models: XJ, XJL (long wheelbase), Supercharged and Supersport. Supersport models are available by special order only.

New for 2011
There are no significant changes.

Exterior
Jaguar has finally given tradition a rest, abandoning the classic four-headlight front-end design that dates back decades — and that had long appeared unchanged to the untrained eye despite a complete redesign in 2004. The nose is a more balanced execution of the XF's prominent mesh grille and sculpted headlight clusters. The hood is dramatically domed and creased, an apparent trend across the market.

Viewed from the rear, the XJ would be indistinguishable as a Jaguar were it not for the large and perfectly centered chrome "leaper" emblem. The taillights look like someone grabbed a Bentley by the tail and stretched it vertically. The car looks coupe-like in profile, with a gradually sloping roofline, high rear deck and high belt line. It's more Mercedes-Benz CLS than 2009 XJ. A notable feature is the blacked-out C-pillars (the pillars that flank the rear window). They give a floating-roof look that's drawn mixed reviews.

Exterior features include:

    19-inch wheels
    Rear spoiler
    Optional adaptive headlights

Interior
The interior also got the full XF treatment, with a more modern design, piano-black and chrome surfaces, the JaguarDrive gear selector that motors up from the center console, and virtual gauges on a 12.3-inch display. Though the tech is high, the gauges still appear as classic analog, though different instruments can be emphasized based on conditions. It's a mix of old and new, which the interior as a whole attempts to accomplish with familiar rich leather, as well as wood trim that runs in a continuous line from the door panels across the top of the dashboard. Interior features include:

    Standard panoramic glass roof
XJL models offer 5 more inches of backseat legroom
    Standard leather-wrapped steering wheel
    Standard leather-covered dashboard
Standard heated and ventilated front seats
    Optional ventilated rear seats
Optional carbon fiber dash and door insert

Under the Hood
Though the XJ shares its direct-injection power plants and six-speed automatic transmission with the XF, Jaguar says the larger XJ's swift sprints come courtesy of a similar aerodynamic drag coefficient and lightweight aluminum construction. Mechanical features include:

    Standard 5.0-liter V-8 rated at 385 horsepower
Supercharged  5.0-liter engines make 470 hp in the Supercharged trim level and 510 hp in the Supersport
Standard air-spring suspension that varies firmness as conditions dictate

Safety
Safety features include:

    Standard antilock brakes
    Standard electronic stability system
Standard front seat belts that cinch up under heavy braking or aggressive cornering
